Request
You share the address, time window and type of shipment. By phone, WhatsApp, or via the request form on the site. We select the right type of transport and confirm right away.
On the way
A courier or transport partner from the network is assigned. You receive a tracking link and updates at the key moments: picked up, on the way, arrived.
Delivered
On delivery you get a proof of delivery with signature and/or photo. The invoice follows automatically, or via a monthly invoice for business accounts.
